Colour +
The last image shows the colour of this locker as best as we can digitally. Colours will vary on different screens + lighting will change how the colour looks in your space. We recommend getting yourself a colour swatch so you can see the exact colour + finish in real life before purchasing.
Delivery +
The actual delivery cost will be based on your postcode and size of the order, and will be calculated at the checkout. Please see our Delivery + Returns page for more information
UK Delivery
Your order will be couriered from our UK warehouse directly to you.
We use 'live quoting' which means you are charged accurately based on where you are + what you order.
You will be sent confirmation of shipping + be able to track your delivery.
Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
Sometimes we have to send items on different couriers, especially our larger lockers. Don't worry if smaller items on your order arrive separately - the rest of you order is on its way!
The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing + we can arrange a signed for delivery).

European Delivery
Here's the thing, Brexit has made things a bit more complicated for businesses here in the UK. We know how excited you've been to get your hands on some Mustard lockers so we've been working really hard to make it happen.
How it works
1. Order as usual through our UK website
2. At the checkout the price will be VAT free
3. Your order will go to EU customs
4. The courier, DHL will contact you to arrange payment of taxes + handling fee, you'll need to pay this for your order to continue its journey to you.The additional fees will vary depending on your order, it will include VAT (around 20% depending on your country) + a €15 handling fee.
Delivery costs
£29.95 for lockers (all sizes except Twinny), Twinny will be £54.95.
Additional lockers will be £25 each
£29.95 for up to 6 small products (baskets, hangers + Wordbits)
Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched. This is just an estimate.
International Delivery
We ship to USA and Canada. To work out the delivery cost, just put your full address in at the checkout.
Shipping times will vary.
We do not currently ship outside of these countries as standard but can do so upon request. Email team@mustardmade.com with your full address + order for a quote.
Returns
We are sure that you will love your Mustard Locker but if you change your mind we can accept a return within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened + has not been assembled. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we can not process a refund until we receive your returned item.
Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from www.mustardmade.com/www.mustardmade.co.uk only. If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Damage or defects
Each part of your locker is carefully created by passing the metal through various stages, from one pair of hands to another. From time to time there may be slight imperfections. If you discover an imperfection you are not happy with, please email us photographs at team@mustardmade.com and we will do our best to fix it.
Our aim will be to replace the part (rather than the whole product) where possible, to limit waste and to make you happy!

This locker looks amazing! Great quality, stylish and brings a retro vibe to my bedroom. Will buy the baskets once they are available.
Oh we are delighted with our bonnie new locker to co ordinate with our new little office. Storage for our printer, paper and little bits and bobs. Arrived with a little damage but the team were very kind and prompt at replacing the component. I will definitely purchase again. Thank you Becca and Jess ☺️

I love the look of the locker and the instructions and video were very helpful, I just wish there were more close ups in the video as well as clearly I am not the DIY-er I thought I was! I had to take it apart once of twice, but got there in the end and am now very pleased.
